I love my BBQ!  I love food cooked on my BBQ!!  I love a cold beer while cooking food on my BBQ!!!  The steak sauce, rib sauce and cheese on the burgers, however, tend to leave grills in a nasty state.

Some people love to scrub the grill clean right away, some wait for it to cool … then clean it.  Others like to wait until the next time they BBQ and use the ‘warm up heat’ to burn everything off, then scrub it clean.

Thankfully, Ethan Woods and the makers of Grillbot have found a cool way to take care of a dirty grill.  Using a battery operated scrubbing ‘bot’, with three rotating brushes on the bottom, the ‘bot’ will scrub your grill in, what appears to be, a “controlled random” pattern.  It can do this in about five minutes weather the grill cold or right after cooking while the grill is still hot.

The Grillbot is driven by a sophisticated CPU chip that controls the movement, speed, and direction of the brushes.

The Grillbot comes with two price points, 69.95 and 99.95.  The latter comes with rechargeable batteries, AC adapter and an LCD timer with a built in alarm.

The Grillbot website is pretty sparse with details and information but you can still place your pre-order.  Estimated delivery is somewhere around mid June 2013.
